Originating in the minds and paper napkins of Tyler Bereman and Jason Baker, Red Bull Imagination debuted in 2020 as a showcase and new competition for some of the best freeride athletes in the world.
Through three seasons, we have documented the journey of turning a blank canvas (or in this case, a field in the middle of Kansas) into one of the largest and groundbreaking motorsports playgrounds in the world.
THE VURB MISSION:
Not only was the mission to deliver multiple high-end storytelling episodes which were produced, edited, sound mixed and colored within days of content being captured, we also needed to facilitate hours of selects and social content for Red Bull athletes, local news channels, and event sponsors.

To add some spice, we also delivered a full-length ESPN television show, and for good measure, a full live event broadcast for in-person attendees. How was all this possible? With a full crew of onsite editors, DIT staff, a camera team consisting of nearly 20 individuals, along with producers and story producers, we created a recipe for success that worked around the clock to not only deliver everything on time, but to meet client spec and QC.
